General terms and conditions
These general conditions of sale apply to the contract between the customer and Provence Circuit.

No claim can be made if the chosen service is not available.
Any reservation will only be considered effective upon receipt by the client of the booking confirmation and not the order confirmation sent by contact@ProvenceCircuit.com to the email address provided by the client at the time of booking.
The order confirmation, which includes the essential elements, such as the identification of the service ordered and the price, will be sent to the User by e-mail within a short period of time following the date of the order.
The customer is required to consult his e-mail to take note of the confirmation or not of his reservation.
Provence circuit can not be held responsible in case of accident during the ascent and descent of the vehicle or in case of theft or forgetfulness of personal belongings.
The user can order via the site only after validating these Terms and Conditions of Sale. (GTC)
The prices mentioned on the Provence Circuit website are fixed prices corresponding to the privatization of the vehicle, whatever the number of persons. (From 2 to 4 people)
Our prices for services are all taxes included in euros.
Terms of payment
Payment is made at the time of booking, by credit card or via Paypal, using the secure payment system, without any additional costs.
To validate a reservation, full payment must be made. The price corresponding to the booked services is taken from the credit card.
The seller’s programs depend on the opening days and hours of the various monuments, museums and establishments. In the event of unforeseen closure, the seller cannot be held responsible for the non-achievement of a programme that is not due to his own fault.
Our prices do not include entrance fees to sites (museums, exhibitions, castles…).
Not opting for the picnic included in the day tours does not result in any price reduction.
The tours are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Only hand luggage is accepted in the vehicle.
Any interruption of the circuit or service during the course of the service, by the will of the customer will not give rise to any refund.
For a refund of the reservation, the cancellation (only by email at : firstname.lastname@example.org) must be made at least 48 hours before the departure time of the tour reserved by the customer, specifying the order number. A deduction of 20 euros for expenses will be applied.
For a refund of 50% of the service, the cancellation only by email (email@example.com) must take place between 48h and 24h minimum before the departure time of the tour booked by the customer.
No refund if the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the departure time of the tour booked by the client.
